Customer Training Instructor for Denver
I’m the customer trainer for Melco here in Denver. I’ve been in the industry for twelve years, and it has been a blast. I’ve been able to meet interesting people and been involved in the greatest events. Now that I’m at Melco, I enjoy sharing my experience and ideas with our customers.
I absolutely love the process of design and creation. It might be my favorite part of the embroidery and printing business. Going from a flat drawing or scan to something as dimensional as embroidery never gets old for me. Add the contrast of a print design or the texture of an appliqué, and it gets even better.
In my classes, I always try to have fun and cater our class time and discussions toward your goals and your future success.

New Quick Reference Guides on Melco University
Hey Everybody,
We've just posted a few new pdf quick reference guides on Melco University.
These should prove to be very useful. If you can't remember what I said in class, check out the QRGs and see if you can find it.
We are still working on creating more QRGs, but these should be enough to get you good and dangerous.
