Placement on Scrubs

Quick Question. Where is the proper placement on scrubs for logos and names?

Typically, if you only use a logo it would go on the left chest. However, if you need to put the Dr. name on the scrub do you place the name on the left chest and the logo on the right?

And what if you have other people in the office that are not going to put there names on the scrubs, do you then put the logo back on the left chest?

Thanks
Ben

Problems with inconsistencies embroidering logos

I've been having issues while embroidering smaller scaled logo's. What I mean by that is left chest logo's that have small wording our a small thin line etc. While I'm sewing out the logo I get a lot of thread breaks. The thread looks like it gets caught and punches up then pops.

The designs have all been digitized by my digitizer and I know the work is done right. The inconsistencies will start with being able to sew out a logo on a pique polo at about 900spm with no problems. Then I will sew… Continue

Size & Placement on Dress Shirt Cuffs

Hello All,
I would like to know what is the correct font size that you should use when embroidering on a mens dress shirt sleeve cuff. Also, what is the correct sleeve (right or left sleeve) & placement (center, off center, etc) on the cuff.
Thanks,
Ben

Hi Ben,

I live in LV and have owned my Amaya XT for two years. I missed the training that Melco had to offer. I embroider for pleasure only and was wondering if I could stop by and visit your shop. I'm looking for a few pointers on hooping caps. My son has asked me to embroider him a few caps and polo shirts. My Dad also asked if I could embroider him a patch on a polo shirt. I've made a few test runs of it, but I have encountered thread breaks and such which I noticed was a concern you had shared.

If you could please assist me, please contact me at 702.876.1739.

Thanks,
Chuck & Shirley
