I got the note on your issue w/ the softball logo. I played w/ it a bit to see if I could make it work for you. I changed the pull comp (reduced it), reduced the density, designated the design to stitch the letters then the outline.
After tweeking the design with these changes I tested it on silk. It stitched beautifully. I have attached the file for my stitch out.
