Machine stopped

Hi
So I recieve the message "unable to home trimmer" this am while working with the machine. The trouble shooting guide proved useless. Any idea what this means and how to fix it? Thanks Noelle

Have you tried re-booting the computer and shutting off the embroidery machine. I had some issues a while back and when I called in for service the tech suggested I turn everything off and re-start everything and it worked. By re-booting it cleared out any bugs.

It's worth a shot.
