Personalizing The World

Help!! I am trying to print a simple white on a royal blue. It goes in for the underprint and then goes back in again and does nothing but slowly come back out, as if it should be printing but it doesnot.
WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?
How do I just print white on a garment?
Does it have to go in twice for white?
PLEASE HELP
THANKS

Mickie

If you bump up the highlight level control it should print white on the second pass.

I assume you are using EK print studio.

If you are printing a "white-only" image it may be going in for the second pass because the CMYK channels are still turned on. Enable the underbase on the main screen and reduce the ink level(CMYK) to "none" but make sure your white channels are still set to medium or heavy in your underbase settings.

With the underbase enabled and the cmyk levels turned to none, it should reduce the printing to a single pass.

If this does not eliminate the problem. I have a few more suggestions that may help you.
