How do you open LD Prep?

I found the pdf that explains manging gfm creation but where and how do you open the LiveDesigner Prep itself? I know they had a webinar on LD Prep but I missed it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you ordered or received the DVD which contains the LiveDesigner Prep software? You can contact me or David Schoenfeld and request a copy of the software if you haven't already ordered it.

Also, there is an upcoming LiveDesigner Prep training class (webinar) scheduled for 4/24 @ 12:00 - 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Will you be able to attend that session?

Thanks for answering my question and the reason I can not open LD Prep. No I have not ordered or received any software that I am aware of dealing with LD Prep. Is there any cost involved with the software? Again, thanks for your response.
